the elements of degradation to the textures applied by anselm keifer, the work is applied ruination, the implicit and explicit apocalypse conjured. interesting from a cultural point of view. since the culture of built in obsolescence guarantees that degradation is written into the blueprints for marketable consumables. architecture included only the aesthetics are avoided. culture as well as art has disowned aesthetics
